My name is Maddie and I have twin boys born September 2007.  They are the absolute joy of my life and the very best thing I have ever (or will ever) accomplish.  I am a stay-at-home mum and before I had kids I worked for 12 years in IT support.  I spend my days playing games with the twins, visiting toddler groups, cleaning, cooking, changing nappies, wiping tears, acting like a complete loon to make them laugh and generally all the other duties that us mums have! 

Then at the magic hour (between 7-8pm) the boys go to bed and I have a few hours to escape to my world of hobbits, dragons, elves and whatever else takes my fancy! 

This project started as a piece of coursework on a course I was doing in childcare and progressed from there.
